PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST / PROJECT BUYER

Continuing steadily on our sustainable innovation path and growth journey, we are looking for a

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST / PROJECT BUYER  

for our Biotech and Medtech business solutions.

In this role, you'll join our Manufacturing & Supply Chain team and handle all aspects of procurement from sourcing materials for production to negotiating contracts. Your tasks will include project sourcing, tracking orders in the ERP system, improving purchase processes, and reducing costs. You'll also support our R&D team, monitor supply chain KPIs, and manage shipping activities, including exports. Additionally, you'll control and manage invoices related to procurement. You'll report to the department Head and focus on maximizing value and efficiency for the company's growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, including import/export, and familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo ERP is a plus).

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines.

• Proven expertise in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver measurable results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Project, and Planner.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (C1) and German (C1); any additional language is a plus.

• Solution-oriented mindset; able to handle urgent deliveries and prioritize tasks among different stakeholders.

• Team player with good time management and organizational skills; experience in similar industries or with bioprocessing technologies is a big plus.

• Strong team spirit and pluri-cultural team mindset.

• A valid work permit
