Stem cell bioreactor CFD model development using automated kLa experiments  *This talk shows how CFD simulations combined with automated kLa experiments quantify key process parameters and support reliable model development and scale-up.* --- 10:00                 Dr. Jana Langenham, Team Lead Bioreactor, Euroimmun Advancing automated feed by using the Lucullus PID controller *Bioreactor controllers usually come with their own PID controllers to regulate pH, gas flow etc. But these controllers do not always work with non-standard sensors. For such difficult cases, Lucullus can provide PID controllers as well. In this presentation, the kLa determination module/operation in a small-scale bioreactor will be discussed. As an open and reproducible model system, it uses automation to recreate the physicochemical environment of the human gut in a dynamic way.
